TIZO ALL:

BIO

"As an artist, my main goal is transformation, as an individual is the respect and more social justice and love within the society,” Tizo All tells us in his artist statement. Contrary to the common belief that transformation should always take place somewhere else, in Bio, Tizo All takes the body itself as a manifesto. As an embodiment of human animality and of nature as something that humans already are. As an embodiment of the destruction we promote, the consequences we propel, the change we are responsible for. No-body is innocent, no-body is separate from its environment, and “what is called the climate crisis is not an accident but a long-lasting historical and political issue,” Tizo adds. Bio invites the audience to reflect on those issues through the artist’s revelation of alienation which we all are faced with and/or immersed in. It deals with how the systemic structures are both imposed and create obstacles to emancipation of the entire humankind towards a closer relationship to its own nature.
